The Challenge contains：There are 3 large eggs along with ham, roasted red peppers, onions, home fries, and cheddar cheese which make up a dish called "The Kitchen Sink." That is wrapped inside a giant pancake and smothered with delicious sausage gravy. The entire meal must be finished in one hour without any bathroom breaks, and the challenge is only available on Saturdays and Sundays during their brunch hours. Winners receive the meal free and they get to sign the Wall of Fame!! everything weighed 6 to 7 lbs.
